The Enterprise DNA Alignment Survey
Rockefeller Consulting's Enterprise DNA Alignment Survey (EAS) identifies upstream misalignment problems in order to improve performance and gain better returns. Cost-effective and quick to implement, the EAS is designed to expose potential risk and identify gaps in alignment across the entire enterprise to include all stakeholder groups.
